Data Trainer (previously, Data Analyst)

Thanks for visiting. To tell you a bit about myself, I am currently fascinated with how we can inform various audiences on socio-economical phenomena as observed through quantitative data analytics.

From an organisational perspective, I’m particularly interested in how marketing and product analytics applications are best performed and communicated to the relevant decision-makers (managers, C-suite, etc.). From a societal perspective, I am interested in how the insights derived through data analysis can be conveyed as news to a borader audience. Altogether, this touches on various topics ranging from the data collection process, analytics and data storytelling to cognition, biases, and media studies.

As a data professional, much of the technical aspects of my work were performed in either R or Python. I also had the opportunity to develop hands-on skills in Git, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics (and GTM), and BigQuery (GCP), among others. In my spare time, I enjoy visiting coffee roasters, reading non-fiction (or The Economist) and cycling or cycle-touring.
